In 1985, brothers Dan and Mark Allen, set their minds on providing a solution to the industry’s costly problem of replacing frequently broken plastic totes. After an extensive search and hours of research, the local library held the answer they were looking for – plastic welding. By discovering the unique secrets of welding plastics, Dan and Mark found they could repair broken containers much cheaper than the cost of replacement. Over the years, they have expanded their capabilities to repair bulk box containers, plastic pallets, and handheld totes.
Forty years later, Dan still owns and operates APR with the same level of integrity and dedication as he always has.
